Privacy

Your privacy, plainly explained

This website does not collect, store, or sell any personal information about you. No accounts, no cookies, no tracking, no analytics, no ads.

The short version

This is the public website for the Truth & Foundation app. It is a simple, free, non-commercial set of pages. We do not run analytics, set cookies, show ads, or track you in any way. We have no way to know who you are. This page explains what that means and the few unavoidable technical details.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers the Truth & Foundation website (these marketing and information pages). The app itself has its own privacy policy, available inside the app, which describes how the app works in detail. If anything here ever conflicts with the in-app policy regarding the app, the in-app policy governs the app.

2. What we do not collect

This website has no sign-up, no login, and no contact forms that store data. We do not collect, store, or process:

3. No cookies, no analytics, no ads

This website uses no cookies, no tracking pixels, and no analytics platforms of any kind (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, none). It shows no advertising and contains no advertising networks. We do not build a profile of you, because we collect nothing to build one from.

4. Fonts and design assets

The site's fonts are served from this website itself, not from a third-party font service. That means loading a page does not send a request to an outside font provider. Page styling and icons are included directly in the site's own files.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any website, your device must connect to the host to load the page, and during that connection the host briefly handles your device's IP address as a normal part of delivering the files (this is true of every website on the internet). Cloudflare acts as our hosting and security provider under its own privacy terms. We do not receive, store, or analyze this connection information ourselves.

6. Links that leave this site

Some buttons and links take you to other places that have their own privacy policies. These include:

7. Children's privacy

This website is suitable for all ages. Because we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect information from children. There is nothing here that gathers, tracks, or profiles a child's information.

8. International users (GDPR, CCPA, and others)

The website is available worldwide. Because it does not collect personal data, the major privacy frameworks are satisfied by default: there is no personal data to access, correct, delete, port, or opt out of selling, because none is collected or sold. This applies to the EU and UK (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), Canada (PIPEDA), Australia, and similar laws.

9. Data security

Since the website does not collect or store personal information on any server we operate, there is no database of user data for anyone to compromise. The site is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated occasionally, for example if the law changes or the website changes. Any material change will be reflected in the "Last updated" date below. If a future change ever involved collecting data (which is not currently planned), we would give clear notice on the site before it took effect.

11. Contact
