Why this app exists
Truth & Foundation was not built in a seminary, or by a ministry, or by a team of experts. It was built by one person. Me. I met Jesus at the lowest point of my life, broke, sick, and out of options, sitting on a bathroom floor with nothing left to try. That night the weight I had carried for over thirty years lifted off of me, and it has never come back.
After that, I could not stop telling people about Him. But again and again, when someone asked an honest, hard question, I had nothing ready. My notes were scattered, the words would not come, and the moment would slip away. So I began gathering everything I was learning into one place: the place I wish someone had handed me on that floor.
This app is what came of it. I built it for the person I used to be, and for the people I meet now. If someone had placed these pages in my hands back then, I believe I would have come to Christ years sooner. So this is the reason behind all of it: that you would find Him faster than I did, grow strong and sure in your faith, and never have to stand there empty the way I did when the hard questions came. Whether you are searching, brand new to the faith, or have walked with Him for years, it is here to put honest answers and a ready defense in your hands.
It is free, and it will always be free, because the Word of God belongs to God, and not to any of us. You will not find my name on the front of it, and that is on purpose. Whatever good ever comes from these pages, the glory is His and not mine. There is only one hope behind every word: that you, or someone you love, would meet the same Jesus who met me, and never be the same.
